Updating to meet 64-bit Android compliance

I built a game a while back on Unity 4 and it's been out on the Google Play Store and Steam for a few years now. Recently I got a notification from Google saying that they are requiring all of their apps to be 64 bit compliant. My game was flagged as one that did not meet the requirement since it was built on such an old 32-bit version of Unity. To make matters worse, almost every script in my project uses javascript (UnityScript) and I'm aware of Unity dropping js support in more recent versions. I spent the past two days trying to figure out how to update my project to meet the 64 bit requirement, but it's been so long since the last time I updated it that I get a laundry list of errors at every step. So I was just wondering if anyone knows if it's even possible to convert a project from Unity 4 to 2019 or is it fated to be lost after the Google Play deadline?
